Touching Tables

This started out as a fun project to work on my quad core reaktor mods and start learning TUIO. My laptop’s dual core just isn’t keeping up with the newest designs.

Here’s the prototype being tested, the evolved build and finally IR touch through water on glass:

projection jamming!

This is a demonstration of the wiimote whiteboard software by Johnny Chung Lee applied to my intelectualist_v2 and hexagonal sequencers. I can “touch” the air or walls with gestures. Where is this all headed?

Intellectualist and Fingerbang Machines

This is what I use live, mainly consists of the new intelectualist2.0 ‘metrognome’ and the hexagonal sequencer code named ‘fingerbang’.

More soon…

More randomness

Reaktor: BushInABox

Vocal Automator v2- Bush In a Box

You know you have always dreamed of it. Now you too can bring out GWB to the freestyle cipher and drop some knowledge. More controls than Mr. Cheney. It’s all in good fun. Enjoy -gNome

Reaktor: BrainwaveModul8

Brain wave Modulator v2.0

Entrainment machine, you need to use headphones for this one. The visuals show what you hear in each ear, then a merged signal which helps fine tune your brain state.

Reaktor: MathSequencer

Math Sequencer

Simple rhythm machine with 2 samplers, each with various percussion sounds. Use mathematical values to select samples; e.g. the square root of 18.8 = 4264014. Each number in the sequence is a different drum sound. This was a proof of concept.
